A WICK BUILDING

consists of a wood-frame structure covered with sheet steel and/or other exterior materials such as siding, brick and block.

Wick and our local builders control the quality of your building

by manufacturing and sourcing only the best components and installers. Wick designs and manufactures:

  • Clear span trusses up to 100 feet in width using automated truss tables with laser guidance systems.
  • Steel siding, roofing, liners and trims via state-of-the-art roll formers and folders.
  • Columns and all structural wood components using machine-graded lumber and the latest precision machinery to ensure structural integrity.

These components, together with quality doors, windows and a variety of options, are loaded on semi-trailers and delivered to the buyer’s site. There the components are constructed into buildings on-site by company or local crews trained in the Wick way of building, along with any needed local services to

create a finished building that will last and last.

COOL COLORS

Wick Buildings’ paint system colors are reflective and can help keep your building from gaining unwanted heat. They’re called “cool colors” by our paint partner, Sherwin-Williams, and the hardness of their WeatherXL™ paint system is the ideal match for our steel. Tough and reflective paint on full-hard steel — a great combination.
